  • You’ll need a valid passport with at least six months’ validity remaining. Depending on your nationality, a Bali (Indonesia) visa or Visa on Arrival may be required—check your local Indonesian embassy website. We’ll provide a detailed pre‑departure packet with visa instructions well before the retreat.

  • Please book your flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali. We’ll arrange ground transfers from the airport to the retreat center; details and pick‑up times will be in your arrival guide.

  • Our days balance movement and rest: morning yoga and breathwork, mid‑day excursions or workshops, afternoon downtime, and evening kirtan or ceremonies. You’ll have free periods to journal, rest, or explore on your own.

  • Our retreat is hosted at the iconic bamboo‑and‑teak sanctuary on Sayan Ridge, just a 15‑minute drive from Ubud’s center. It’s perfectly tucked into the jungle yet only a short transfer from Ngurah Rai International Airport (about 1.5 hours away by road) Bambu Indah. You’ll enjoy the peace of the wild rice terraces and river valley while still being moments from Ubud’s vibrant cafés, markets, and temples.
